What you will do:
Sales Strategy and Market Growth:
- Represents the brand and value proposition to secure new customers and expand market presence
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities across emerging and existing markets

What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus however, 15+ of relevant professional experience is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry, including oversight of large, strategic accounts
- Extensive experience collaborating with employers, PBMs, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and industry stakeholders
- Over 15 years in sales and client management, including 8+ years in pharma, PBM, or related sectors
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills; effective at influencing all stakeholder levels
- Strategic and business-minded, with a track record of aligning sales efforts with organizational goals
- Customer-focused, dedicated to delivering value, satisfaction, and lasting partnerships
