Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Market Growth:
Builds the sales function from early stage, including the opportunity to develop the sales strategy and grow a team with the company.

- Represents JustifyRx Collective’s transparent value proposition to secure new PBM, health plan, and employer clients and expand market presence.
- Identifies and pursues new client opportunities and develops strategic approaches to engage and secure business partnerships.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales strategies that align with company revenue and market expansion goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
- Demonstrates a consultative approach to rebate strategy and formulary optimization to support client success.
- Addresses clients need promptly and proactively identify value enhancement opportunities across rebate operations.
- Cultivates a broad and diverse network and leverages existing professional networks to support client growth and engagement efforts.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Builds a cohesive, engaged sales and client management function and team.
- Leads by example through strong communication, influence, and long-term vision.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with GPO startup values.
Market Analysis and Operational Excellence:
- Analyzes trends in the PBM and pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate marketplace to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Enhance sales and client management efficiency through tools, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborates across departments to design and deliver value-added solutions that strengthen client retention, accelerate sales cycles, and expand rebate program adoption.
- Monitors competitor models to identify differentiators in pricing strategy, client value propositions, and rebate program positioning to strengthen sales messaging and market share.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus however, 15+ of relevant professional experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry, including oversight of large, strategic accounts and verifiable network within the PBM, health plan, and pharmaceutical rebate ecosystem.
- Extensive experience collaborating with health plans, employers, PBMs, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.
- 15+ years in sales and client management, including 8+ years in pharma, PBM, health plan, or related sectors.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills; effective at influencing all stakeholder levels.
- Strategic and business-minded, with a track record of aligning sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Client-focused, dedicated to delivering value, satisfaction, and lasting partnerships.
- Experience selling to or partnering with PBMs, health plans, and large employers managing drug benefits.
- Comfortable operating in a lean, startup environment; demonstrates agility, ownership, and executional excellence.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position operates in a remote environment and requires regular use of standard business technology. Travel may be required for client meetings, conferences, or internal retreats. The employee must be able to communicate effectively via multiple channels.
Compensation and Structure
Competitive base salary and structured commission plan commensurate with experience, geography, and performance outcomes.
