The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and carrying out marketing plans that help promote the company’s products and services. This role manages marketing campaigns across multiple channels—including digital, social media, and email—while creating engaging content tailored to target audiences. The Marketing Specialist conducts market research to identify trends, gather competitive insights, and support campaign effectiveness. They also work closely with teams like sales and product development to ensure marketing efforts align with business needs. Success in this role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

What you will do: 

Plan and Execute Marketing Initiatives:  

  • Develop and implement marketing plans that support the promotion of products and services 
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure consistency across various channels
  • Track and report on campaign performance to support ongoing improvement

Create and Manage Campaigns: 

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email platforms 
  • Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand tone and goals 
  • Adjust campaigns based on performance data and user engagement

Market Research and Trends:

  • Identify target audiences and gather insights to inform marketing strategies 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market 
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations

Content Development and Collaboration:

  • Write and design marketing materials including website copy, email content, and presentations 
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging posts  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals

What you need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus however, 3-5 of relevant professional experience is strongly preferred 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms 
  • Strong writing and content development skills 
  • Experience conducting market research and analyzing trends 
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, able to generate fresh ideas and adapt quickly to changing priorities 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in driving projects forward
